It's important to for us to identify and understand our client's needs and motives for buying and selling property. To this end, we prefer to enter into a discussion with our client(s) to help establish; needs, desires, location, budget, etc.
2. BEST ADVICE!
Using information gleaned in process 1. above, it's our intention to provide positive feedback and opinion to help the process. This helps eliminate wasting our client's valuable time, by ensuring our advice, property introductions and process are in line with our client's requirements.
3. GOOD DELIVERY!
The final process of transferring ownership of the property is critical. This is an area that could possibly create problems, if due diligence isn't followed thoroughly beforehand. We offer 2 solutions to ensure this;
a) We will supply the names of lawyers we recommend locally, and have working experience with.
b) Our clients can use our in-house service for conveyance, thus offering a full turnkey service to our clients.
